General Motors Ashoka STEM for Changemaking Winner
The Human Projects was selected as a winner of the national STEM for Changemaking Challenge for our use of the engineering design process to empower young leaders to create grassroots projects to solve human rights issues in their communities.
National Liberty Museum Young Heroes Award and Exhibit
The Human Projects and our Founder, Alexandria Brady-Miné, was featured in the National Liberty Museum’s 2018-2019 Young Heroes Exhibit. Alexandria was selected nationally for the highest recognition, the National Liberty Museum’s Young Hero Award Presidential Honor.
T-Mobile Ashoka Changemaker Challenge Winner
Standing Tall, a Human Projects Program, was selected as a winner of the T-Mobile Changemaker Challenge, a nationwide search focused on finding and supporting trailblazing teens and young adults with big ideas that will create positive, long-lasting change in their communities.
